they say timing is everything. i think that's untrue. i sometimes say, that if it's the right person at the wrong time? it's the wrong person. that's not to say i don't want to believe that it's possible for things work out for people once they straighten themselves out. i've just never seen it happen, up close & personal.
i guess that i find it hard to believe that anyone who adapts, changes, & learns from their past ever could. try to relive it. there is no such thing as starting from scratch.
